Someone I know shared this T.S. Eliot quote with me today, and I think it speaks to how I have been feeling these last few months. I am not sure I fully understand the quote, but it has touched something inside my soul and I have to share it with you.
"Dark, dark dark
I said to my soul "be still and let the dark come upon you, which shall be the darkness of God"
I said to my soul
"be still, and wait without hope
for hope would be for the wrong thing
and wait without love
for love would be love of the wrong thing
there is yet faith
but the faith and the love and the hope
are all in waiting
wait without thought
for you are not ready for thought
so the darkness shall be light
and the stillness the dancing"
TS Eliot
What do you think it means?

Not a bloody clue. I think he was drunk when he wrote it :)
